Jamie Nadalsky, Insurance
Do you have dental insurance and want to make sure you’re getting the most out of it? Are you wondering if our dentists accept your dental insurance plan – and you wonder what your out of pocket cost will be?
I am the ‘insurance expert’ here and I’ll be glad to help you.
As the insurance coordinator and level 5 secretary, I am responsible for handling the billing, dental insurance and collections arrangements for our patients. I support our general dentists and specialists by submitting insurance claims and additional documentation (photos, xrays, narratives, etc.) to help you get the most out of your dental benefits plan. I make phone calls to help patients set up financial arrangements that fit into their budget for the dentistry they have completed.
With my almost 20 years experience here at HealthPark, I provide a variety of services to patients.
****** (level 5)
Enjoys spending time with her very large family, gardening and evenings out on the town.
I can help patients:
- Answer your questions about dental insurance plans – over the phone or through email, anytime
- Submit pre-treatment estimates for patients wondering what their insurance might cover on specific treatments
- Work out financial arrangements on completed treatment so you can maintain your warranty (that we will replace or repair any treatment as long as you come in for regular checkups and pay your bills)
- Help patients with significant financial problems to come up with solutions and feel good about themselves and our practice
- Provide recall cards to help patients know when they are due for regular checkups
- Make decisions on which dental plan to sign up for at enrollment time – just give me a call!
- Get medical insurance coverage on certain procedures such as TMJ splints or sleep apnea appliances
I recognize that sometimes dental insurance benefits will be the deciding factor for patients who really want to improve their health. When I can help people to get the benefits they deserve and they can get the dentistry they need, I know I have made a difference.
I am responsible to call patients who fall behind on their dental bills. Although sometimes this can be a tough job, I pride myself on accurate numbers, good communication with patients and strong, long term relationships. More often than not, people thank me at the end of a phone call for helping them to understand their account and for helping them to find a way to spread out payments and maintain their dental care here in our practice.
