As the treatment coordinator for our general dentists, I am responsible for handling the scheduling, financial arrangements and dental insurance benefits for our new and existing patients that complete a comprehensive exam. I meet with you at your dentist conference to review your customized treatment plan and help you work dentistry into your budget. I also coordinate your appointments and answer your questions as treatment progresses. Finally, I follow up with you as your treatment is completed to make sure you are satisfied with your new smile.
Since I have reached the highest level of dental secretary training at HealthPark, I also provide a variety of services to patients.

I can help patients:
- Provide consultations for general dentists’ treatment plans – I can answer your questions about any dental treatment our dentists recommend
- Offer financial arrangements options that work within your budget
- Set you up with a Care Credit, Universal One or pay-as-you-go financial arrangement
- Answer questions about dental insurance and benefits
- Help upset or frightened patients to understand dental treatment and finances
- Provide excellent follow up to patients and families for clinical questions, insurance estimates and financial arrangements.
- Explain the HealthPark philosophy of conservative and minimally invasive dental care. I can help you to understand your treatment choices.
- With my positive energy and friendly smile, I help patients to feel comfortable in our practice no matter whether you are scheduling an appointment or paying a bill.
In addition to patient care, I coordinate all outside marketing events, such as:
- Health fairs: For companies that want to encourage their employees to be healthy, I run the booth to share information about our general dentists and specialists
- Community events: such as Mum Festival and Go Red for Women
- Being a resource for local businesses with dental benefits to help them reduce absenteeism by cooperating with our practice for evening and weekend dental appointments
- Emergency rooms, urgent cares and physicians: I provide referral information for our dentists to help patients receive the timely dental care they need.
